Am interesting in creating a menu of links at/Below the default footer links
and need to know at script which file to edit, please see attached image
sample of what I'd like to accomplish..

this will take a lot of custom code modifications if you do not know how to write php code consult a developer

I think it may be a matter of creating some div's and ID's etc then inserting it's entire HTML at the proper file location no?

Krunch, the bottom menu has been designed as one line menu and unfortunately, it will require a complicated custom code modification to make it look the way you need. You can modify the /ow_system_plugins/base/views/components/bottom_menu.html or create your own component with the items groups divided by columns.

I think it may be a matter of creating some div's and ID's etc then inserting it's entire HTML at the proper file location no?Here is what you do.
1. Create your div css say: ow_new_footer{
width:100%;
background:#000;
)
2. Now put this css code either on your custom css or your current css file.
3. Goto /ow_themes/YOUR CURRENT THEME/master_pages.
4. Edit the general.html file
Example:
Just above the last </div> add:
<div class="ow_new_footer">
ALL FOOTER CONTENTS GOES HERE
</div>
I hope this works? I will be releasing the full tutorial on my blog soon.

that plugin sucks and garbage
1. it not support different link languages
2. you can not mix not follow or dofollow links as you want.
if he fix this 2 i interested very much buy it :)
