ow_newsfeed_activity is our second largest table in our database after ow_base_question_data when it comes to the amount of rows. I want to make our database more efficient and get rid of unneeded rows and/or out of date data. As ow_newsfeed_activity has over 400,000 rows I would like to know if its ok to go ahead and remove data from the first month or two etc, will this have any negative effects? Cause any errors etc?

We have also installed the plugin which removes inactive users, anyone who hasnt logged in within the last 6 months has been removed (and hopefully all there data) :)
