I decided to install this pugin on a fresh install and each time I activate the plugin the site goes down and just produces a white page even in debug mode etc
I have uninstalled the plugin, redownloaded it and reinstalled it but the same issue appears.

Hello,
Try to enable DEV_MODE in ow_includes/config.php or check the server's error logs. There should be an error. I can't help you without the error information.

we are having the same issue went to go udated ended up with a 500 error so we went in and deleted the files via cpanel in debug mode wont even bring up out admin panel to plugins and we cant seem to fix the issue

Please check the MySql database connect. Oxwall script can not connect to the database. It seems that is not the plugin issue. You should check the database connection details in ow_includes/config.php
