Due to the youtube trailer overlapping, might it look nicer under the backdrop images? As you can see from my example it partial obscures some of the centre content

I dont know if this is possible or not but like the genre section it would be pretty awesome if you could create a similar list but by year. Users can then see the latest films from 2013 or pick a year of there choice etc

Sorry.. The API does not provide that option to get by year. I will try to find if any thing is available.
