Try uninstall and reinstall.

If that does not help, enable DEBUG and DEV mode in config.php file and send me the screenshot of that error you see.

the time of loading the mysite/membership-levels/users/all page is very long and after minutes, site becomes down and error 500 of server is showing..

i was do reset and reboot server and i reinstalled plugin
but problem is there yet.
