This error is still happening Mike Hill (at least to me). I am using Platform version 1.6.0 (build 7157).

If I leave my site closed, the plugin does not work?
I need to leave it the site open for visitors?

But I've got those button only on home page, not in evens or blog for exemple...

I did the same thing on my site and buttons still do not appear.

Please, make sure your website is not under maintenance mode, it can be viewed by guests

It worked after I set up the site for visitors. :D
But I wish people had access only by registering on the website. :(
