With our new way of work, we ask some of our customers to leave a review via PM on Oxwall.org if they found our plugin helpful, etc. From one of these messages though, we received a reply back from a customer who told us they bought the plugin and were having trouble installing it [which for the record is available to be fixed by updating it to the latest version here].
This was troubling for us to handle though, because we want or rather need to know if you are having a problem or any trouble with our items or any developer's items in general. For us, we recommend leaving a support ticket with your problems, or sending us a PM on here. Other developers have other methods of handling support with their plugins though.
I just want to remind some newer or "unsure" Oxwallers to contact a developer/third-party team if an item is not working for them, as feedback and support ensure the best quality of the code and for your project.
Thanks!
