it should work fine  check your facebook appi

Yes, Facebook has changed it's API, our developers are dealing with the issue. Only apps created before 7th of August work. Newly created do not. They get the above error.

Hasnt a developer come up with a fix since the 7th of August? Its the default oxwall Facebook connect that doesnt work and comes with the latest version of oxwall

I was having the same problem and then finally got them to do it for me and they said it was easy but now I am faced with same issue again and after flawless app sign up on facebook with a perfetly good app ID and SECRET oxwall still tells me to check my app ID and SECRET everytime.  I must be doing something wrong but cant for the life of me figure out what after a week of working on it.  Maybe its the connect issue but then why were they able to do it?  

Please provide a screenshots of your FB settings on FB developers page and FB settings in your Admin panel. as we cannot reproduce this issue. 

is this issue already fixed ross on the side of oxwall developers? i updated this feature yesterday but still experiencing the same problem

it is fixed, I have updated the plugin on my website today, and created new app and it works properly. 

i tried to deactivate and activate it back, but still no success

Have you updated the plugin? 

If not, uninstall it completely, install updated plugin and create a new app according to the tutorial.
