I would like to modify the link of sign-up button.
For our site, the users will register on another site (page) so I would to redirect
the link to that page/site.
I would like to know how to do it or the related php/html page.

Lucas, could you please provide us with more details. Will this button be placed on the Index page or on our standard Join form? Are you talking about the second step of the join process or about a completely new join form. What page this button will lead to and so on? Your answers will help us to understand what exactly you are trying to achieve and find a proper solution.
