I just got the open-sourced Twitter emoji icons, however they are all .png images. Your plugin only allows the uploading of a .gif, which is a lot of inconvenience to me. Please, could you try and support formats such as .png and .jpg?

Also, category names can't have special characters which can be a problem to, since you also have a limit to how many smileys can be placed in a category.
