1) don't add index.php as your address, just the domain with /
2) check the source code where the system thinks the images are, and you will see the problem....

OW_DB_PORT - your database port;
OW_DB_USER - your database user;
OW_DB_PASSWORD - your database password;
OW_DB_NAME - your database name.
