I bought this awhile ago and am trying to re-install, but it doesn't download a zip file...

We are not sure what is the file you got from download section (within OxWall store), kindly do forward to support@younetco.com for quick check.
Also, we usually direct our Client to our System at www.oxwall.younetco.com/client where they could get backup download link and support via our Ticket System.
