Hi, I have installed this plugin and could not find a way for authorized users to add ads on website frontend, is this possible please? Also, is there anyway to charge customers when they submit ads?

The authorized user has to be the moderator and have access to the backend otherwise this is a custom code modification, you need to do that on your own, if you're good at programming or hire a programmer to do that for you. You can do that here: http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists
