but there is a problem
after update, users that are closed the site are until online in chat.
what is the reason?
is the cron address changed at new version?

How can yo be sure about no errors if you don't have an SSH access? I would still recommend contacting your hosting company and asking them to enable SSH for your account.

it was solved.
i was changed my website - email to an email on my server.
so.. by this work, cron was did his job...
