Is there any way to to add in sharing http://vk.com and http://ok.ru/ or remove pinterest?

to remove pinterest -> go the settings of the plugin and untick pinterest checkbox,
to add vk.com button is considered as a custom code modification of the plugin.
You will need to do that on your own or hire a programmer to do that for you.
