Marcus, as far as we've understood you are talking about the additional ability that's provided by the business account type only, namely, ability to make payment directly on the site using the credit cards. If so, unfortunately our PayPal plugin does not work this way. To receive payments you should use your regular PayPal account which works with the PayPal payment page where user can login with their existing PayPal account or pay using credit card.

If you want your users to be able to pay using their credits card directly through the site, we suggest to consider PaymentWall (http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/1122) or Stripe (http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/977) plugins.
