To change header text you need to edit  index.html file and general.html file you will find those lines under master pages and just replace only that slogan  and to change the icons you need put custom css code for that please choose your desire icon from fontawesome by following the link  " http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/ " and just send a private message to us we will provide that custom code .
