The Consumer Rights Act gives you rights to claim against the retailer if your digital download is faulty
The Consumer Rights Act defines digital content as ‘data which are produced and supplied in digital form.’
This means you have rights for anything you download or stream – including apps, music, movies, games or ebooks.
Digital content must be:
If your digital content does not conform to these criteria and develops a fault, you have the right to have your digital product repaired or replaced.
Repair or replacementThe retailer has one opportunity to repair or replace any goods or digital content which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, before you can claim a refund.
You can choose whether you want the goods to be repaired or replaced.
But the retailer can refuse if they can show that your choice is disproportionately expensive compared to the alternative.
You're entitled to a full or partial refund instead of a repair or replacement if any of the following are true:
If the attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can then claim a refund or a price reduction if you wish to keep the product.
If you don't want a refund and still want your product repaired or replaced, you have the right to request the retailer makes further attempts at a repair or replacement.
As to the refuding your money, if you shop on Amazon, you bought something, but it is not what you expect, do you ask Amazon to refund your money or the company which is listed on Amazon that you bought your stuff from.

Note from Oxwall team
Hello Tammy,
I want to clear up several things regarding your participation in the Oxwall community. We are getting quite a few reports from community members who are confused by your postings. I see the issue in the fact that oftentimes your contributions do not help others and instead create unnecessary burden.
If you are not 100% sure about solutions or recommendations you provide through topics created by other users, please refrain from leaving your input. The users in need are looking for quick and reliable solutions that can fix their problems, and sometimes your instructions actually escalate the issue, making it even worse.
We ask all users to post one request per topic only, since this allows other community members to search for solutions to their problems more efficiently, and not go through duplicate content.
Before reporting any problem, please test it on our demo: demo.oxwall.org, and provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the issue you found, in addition to as many details as possible: software version, plugin version, browser version, device you're using, etc.
If the problem you reported earlier has not been fixed in one of the releases, it does not mean that our team won't fix it at all or ignored it. All bug reports are thoroughly tested and handed to Team developers.
Unfortunately, as was mentioned in several forum topics, Oxwall is indeed a small team, and we are not able to address all issues at once. We have our internal development cycle, internal roadmap of the core and features enhancement, and we have to give priority to selecting and addressing issues we deem pressing and critical, coming from our own extensive experience gained through trial and error. This is the only way for us to move forward and advance Oxwall in any way.
Note that if you do know how to fix a bug you found, you can make a pull request to our public repository on github: https://github.com/oxwall.
I also have to ask you to remain as civil and concise as possible in your postings. Your opinion about team members and Oxwall in general do not help users who just want their problem solved. Your negative attitude thus becomes a part of the problem, not solution. I hope it does not come to this, by if you continue to keep up with that unhelpful position we’ll have no choice but to limit your access to the forum. Please note that we will also go through the forum and remove all postings we deem irrelevant and confusing for other community members.
Hopefully this gives you a better understanding of our operation, and we can continue in a more productive way from here on out.
