Do not buy. Developer does not have enough time to maintain this plugin and soon it will be deleted from store.
now i have a lot of money tied up in his plugins
I want to know now is another team member going to take his plugin over or not
if not then i am demanding a refund in full

Yes this is true. If all his plugins will be removed from the store, It will be a big problem for many webmasters.
Plugins will no longer work on sites, due to lack of license information. (New licence checking system) (I think, please correct me somebody, I hope I am wrong)

Suggestion: Keep his plugins in the store, and pass his account to another team member. It is better than massive deletion.

Actually, he's not in the Oxwall for 2 month already. He quitted for another job.
Create posts in the support areas of the plugins you obtained from him and request a refund from him or send PM directly.

Now oxwall knew he quit 2 months ago but still allowed his plugin to be sold to pull

No the plugin are a team members they can not be suspended
Oxwall has the obligation to take over the plugins or pass them to a dev
If these plugins get suspended that's the last straw
I am not taking this Bullshit anymore
And tell den if I don't get a answer in next few days I'm going ACCC with everything and I'll see ur and them in court

No, Oxwall team members plugins are as much third party plugins as any other. So we can easily suspend them.
The thing is that those plugins are developed by former or current Oxwall team members imply that these plugins are of more quality than any other items presented in the store and that's it. If those plugins get a lot of negative reviews or won't be supported, like in the case with Kairat's plugins, we are free to suspend them, because they are not supported, why we have to list them in the store.

So no more Bullshit and get the rest the team to sort this out and the rest the mess here that's against the law

How do we know he not use another name in oxwall store, the only one who controll this is the oxwall team and what i can understand they protect each other 100%. so good luck to investigate if someone use multiple accounts if you not a oxwall team member.
i never trust anyone that you dont know on internet but sometimes i have to do it is a big gambling when you trust this dev all from same country at least 95% of them from kirgizistan and i have trust them so far but my heart says i should not do and go for another platform before i lose more money but still i try think positiv about oxwall
some bad reviews about plugins that i make have been taken away sometimes and i no understand why they keep not updated plugins that not works for along time and let someone pay the dev for update it.
in kirgizistan i think will bee hard get any refunds and i think they no have any law there that tammy speaks about

It does not matter the law in the country the dev lives in its the law in the country the person lives in that bought it

Hmm... Kairat's plugins are quite useful. What are the chances of someone taking them on/over? It seems a shame to lose them. Is there anyway forward?

There is wild western x1000 here at oxwall
no rules how to do with people that lost they plugins and money...after 6 month you can see in the moon for you money and you useless plugins
someone said here that his plugins is very good and work better then other dev here i feel that is a big lie
look that smiley plugin that have been problem with that plugin for a very long time not only for 2 months. they guy who try defend dev here need read post about the plugins not the fake reviews.

Some of his plugins will be taken over, no worries, but I don't know which one, how they're going to be processed, how the owners of the linceses should proceed etc. I'll let you know when I have any info on that.
