i have a new member that sign ups and i manualy approve my members avatars and profile before they can joins my website.

the problem is when i see some with NOT approved avatar how can i do?

- suspend him? (then he can not change to a correct avatar?)

- delete him? (then he have to make a new profile again just for change avatar and maybe dont know the reason why him deleted)

- not approve him (then he can not change his avatar to correct one?)

- make his avatar to default avatar (then i will have many ghost on my website with no avatars and that i not want maybe other not care about that but i do)

something that i have done not correct here?

please guide me how this should works best for the new member and the admin
