The system isn't sending emails... for example email verification emails or new user emails or any of the notification emails.

I have tried the following:

Cron: set up as shown in the picture and I am pretty sure this is correct using cPanel X.

SMTP servers, I tried with this enabled and disabled, the settings I put in tested without problems.

The system says 'Verification email successfully sent'

But if never arrives. (Have check Junk mail folders etc, and tried several addresses)
