It would bee nice if you can take a note from a special user directly from that profile...and that you easy can go back to that profile that you was input a note at

You can do that. If it is enabled in the admin panel. Just check "Access note anywhere". You can open the notepad plugin by clicking on the notepad console item.
The notepad console item is only visible when "Access note anywhere" is enabled.

Not really. They are different plugins. Usernote enables you to make private notes on a profile while NotePad enables you to make note anywhere, ( notes in this case are not private. They can be shared with friends.)
