No, there is no such option. The only way is to put ads's code into one position.

You mean I can't put even an ad on side bars?
For now I can only put ads on either top or bottom, no side bar ads

Kumi, all depends on the theme you are using. For example, sidebar for ads is not present in "Graphite" theme. But you can find sidebar block for ads in "Basic" theme.
