I've tried to get help with this, but I can't find any responses to it. Could someone please explain the reason for me receiving the following error message every hour? I updated my Oxwall package to the latest version and since then I've been receiving this... (I've replaced the name of the domain with asterisks for security reasons)

what are the folder and files permissions you have set on your server?

what are the permissions of:

ow_pluginfiles

ow_userfiles

ow_smarty/template_c

ow_static

folders ?

For all the files mentioned the permissions are 777

all other folders should be 755 and files 644 is that so on your side?

I don't do anything, these are email notifications I receive every hour from the server. I think there is a problem with the set up in cgi?

what are the permissions on these folders: ow_libraries/vendor/

and what is the permissions on the file autoload.php?

On ow_libraries/vendor/ it's 755 and on the autoload.php it's 644

Alright, can you please check whether you have ow_libraries/vendor/composer folder?

what files do you have in that folder?

Madeleine,

can you please disable all third party plugins you have on your site?

I believe you get this error when the cron runs for this plugin.

See if the issue persists after you disable all 3rd party plugins.

If not,

then your update has not been successfully completed

You need to go do to your database via phpmyadmin to ow_base_config table

find soft_build and soft version data and lower the values for these configs

after you do that

run www.site.com/ow_updates again and see if the issue persists.

it consists of several pages, scroll to the bottom of the pages you'll see "show all" option, click on it and look again, please
