2 website died ;) cannot understand why... | Forum

today i noticed that site was not performing well.. i was trying to post a thing in the forum and site said that crthing token was expired.. i try again same problem.. then i decided to logout and now i cannot enter.
also password recovery was not working. I've enabled debug and i saw a tons of this errors

like 1000 rows this way, now i've noticed that also the other site i've on the same vps does not permit me to write into a ost in the forum and i didnt logged off to not get risks.

The only thing ii've done was 3 days ago to remove memcached from vps (there are also 2 other wordpress server onto) but everything was working well..

any suggestion?

server is a vps centos 7 with ngingx-phpfpm mariadb

what are your permissions on the folders:

ow_pluginfiles

ow_userfiles

ow_static

ow_smarty/template_c

ow_log

unchanged.. i tried to give 644, then 755, then 766.. same problem.. i've a doubt someone entered in the website with some kind of injection (ads probably) also because i've received a notice of spam coming from my site... i think i'll have to format it...

We too are having issues with TruckerDate.com

The site crashed, the old server was worthless in helping us and SkaDate wasn't much help either. So I found and got help from an I.T. group in Russia... I bought a new server location and the Russians moved the site for me, but the site still has issues and I think it's about to crash again. The email works on the new server, so the MX records are working; but the site isn't sending out any emails. Now the site is also running super slow again like it did before and I am afraid it's about to crash again. Any suggestions???

Silvio,

permissions should be 777 and recursive on these folders. Please set them and enable dev mode-> refresh your website and disable it again.

Also make sure you don't have debug and dev mode enabled at the same time.

I was directed to Oxwall for my addons, is it possible that the two are conflicting with one another? Or is it OK to use your addons for a SkaDate site?

Ross i saw strange permissions on some folder and some files that was not oxw original, also i noticed a lot of outgoing spam from my site and this is the second time some AD cause injection of malware. I'd to remove everything.

OK, I have one more question before I go.

Is SkaDate software any good, or is there a better one out there I should be using? I know their tech support sucks, and now I am thinking I should have used another platform. But maybe my problem is that Oxwall and Skadate are not compatible with one another??? It seems the more addons I install from Oxwall, the more problems I have. If that is the problem, where should I be getting my addons? or does anyone know? I cannot ask SkaDate, because they don't like to respond to their tickets. Can anyone point me in the right direction???

Hi KCLA International!

Oxwall plugins are compatible with Skadate, as you paid to skadate they should provide assistance to solve your issue. Here you can see a "PREMIUM SUPPORT" link, you can hire someone to help you to solve it for you, this kind of problems usually happens when somehow the the file/folders permissions are changed.

On shared servers I found that sometimes the ownership of the files is changed, don't ask me why, your hosting provider is the one who can give you that information.
