I added the plugin on the development website and this work fine. But now when website goes LIVE plugin is asking for the license key. I am adding the key but system is displaying this as invalid Key. Please help

Hi Sam Griffin,
I'm sorry for the delay.
If the development server is not in the same IP, you need to reset your plugin's key.
Please go to https://developers.oxwall.com/store/granted-list/plugin
And press on the "reset" link, if after you click in the link the problem persists, please uninstall it from the development server and reinstall it in the production server (LIVE).
