If our plugin received a negative review, we try to contact this user and try to do our best to assist them and solve the problems they've got faced with. Unfortunately, some problems cannot be solved or a user who left a negative review does not replied to our letters, so the review keeps staying at the plugin. But, we as the regular developer have no access to the review moderation.

Sounds not much like a good review system.If this man or girl is involved with this oxwall software and skadate software.

I suggest buyers make the review with 10 open post in main store page that will not pass any hidden moderation team.

Then if there is complains about this post it is just to report that post much easier and trust full system that is fair against buyers and everyone.
