oxwall have to feel how it is to have unwanted people coming back all the time and maybe they can make a plugin that makes it hard for unwanted people come back you can not block all countrys in the world for one user. 

maybe someone create a nice plugin for this as we told before some sites have it already....i need it and many others need it....please someone create a plugin that stops unwanted users and spammers there is good solutions but it need bee implemented into a plugin

at least you would maybe stop 99% with such plugin and for me that is worth alot of time and money

i hope something bad can create something good ....
