I don't know exactly what do you mean.
Do you need that only certain user roles could swipe, or only certain user roles will be showing in the plugin to be swipped by all users?

I mean certain user roles could swipe, e.g :
Lets say i have :
1. Premium
2. Free
Only Premium could swipe if free user role wants to swipe he has to upgrade or change account to Premium. But Premium can only swipe Premium not free, in summary only those roles who have permission to swipe can swipe within their role only not all members.
I hope i make sense :)
