So, tried a new free service that runs Cron jobs every minute after getting frustrated with my webhost.

ehost; did it several different ways, and just couldn't get it right. The rss pieces especially.
Asked the host to help, said it was right but the Oxwall platform wasn't updating. Figured would be easier with a work around at that point.

Here is my host special command for run my cron job
/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/bin/php -f /home/mysite/public_html/ow_cron/run.php
