An increasingly common problem is that there are developers who simply do not answer the questions of customers (who purchase the products).
An answer like "we're busy" or "we've received your question" is already something.
This is so neat, even if the question can not be solved.
Not all customers are developers, so a little help to solve problems would be very nice.!

there should bee a independent third part who clean up the oxwall store from bad developers but i think that will never happen and as long there is many plugins in the store oxwall a very happy even if they work or not work they not really care it is a oxwall marketing trick....analyze it you self and you will understnad why so many dead developers and plugin is still in the store after many years complains from customers.
After long time buy plugins here you learn who are BAD developers and who are GOOD developers.
and NEVER support BAD developers ignore they plugins and they soon start talking only way we can change this
(bad developers are they who no answer plugin forums and solve problems in plugin forums and wait long time to solve plugin issues stay away from this guys ALWAYS)
