Hi Stan Jensen!

Plugin for rotate photos from "Photos Plugin" is in moderation, it will be available in the store as soon as the Oxwall team accepts it.

You can see the demo in here.
To test the plugin in the demo website you have to upload a new picture, then when you click on the picture you will be able to see this new arrows:
