I don't think this may apply to dating websites, unless they have classifieds and "charge for dating".Dating websites are web services for allowing people to meet other people, not paying for sex.

Craigslist was filled with obvious prostitution, and other illegal activity. Most dating sites don't allow this, and when they do find someone trying they are gone. Everyone should keep the outside of their site clean to be on the safe side. That way only registered members that accept the site terms can enter.

Chris, remember that LE (law enforcement) has long arms.  It does really depend on the crime however i have read about LE tracking someone all the way to South Africa for child support so it can be done.  

There are many agreements between the US and other countries that none of us know about and those agreements include anything from serving citizens court docs to arresting someone for computer crimes and more.   I am not saying that this would apply, but do you really want to risk everything, including your personal property for a few hundred bucks in plugins.  Seems to me its just not worth it. 

By the way this is another reason i would love to see a store feature where a developer can deny a sale to particular customers.  Especially those with NO respect for a license.

It means that if you add in your TOS a clause for them then you can deny the sale but... you may be sued by them if they want to say that you are just being racist or something like that, you know... So putting a button to deny the sales to a specific user is against the law i think. I'm not sure, I'm not a lawyer.

Yes i read the terms :), what i meant SD is that right now if a user is caught stealing from me i cannot deny the sale.  What i mean by deny the sale is that i dont want them to be able to download anything from me ever.  So i would like to be able to block a paypal account from purchasing from me so that they are not able to get any more of my plugins.

I do know i can remove the license after the fact but i want to stop the download before they even get the data in the first place.  Hope that makes sense :)

Of course thinking deeper about that, it may be an option with paypal, im not sure.

I wish I get all web traffic all the sales cause I’ll always try to keep my buyers happy so they can come back and spend money that’s the business mindset but do you think it’s fair when someone buys a plugin that doesn’t fully works then edit the details of the plugin to oh might not work with all servers for whatever reason then the buyer doesn’t want the plugin anymore and request a refund but the seller refused to refund the money and not only that block the buyer from future downloads because the developer doesn’t know how to fix the bugs or feels the buyer is trying to steal their bad coding so the bad developers usually wins because PayPal doesn’t always protect downloads purchases, so what’s y’all input on this??? Imma wait!!
