Hi Marius!
Your mysql server isn't running, for some reason the mysql server went down. If you are in a VPS, Dedicated or Cloud server, then check you have enough free space and start mysql server. If you are in a shared hosting then ask for support and send them that screenshot, they know what to do to start the mysql server.
