I tested this feature on my development server and noticed, that I can use words in profile texts and direct messages (private message) without being flagged as spam, although I marked the words in the backend of this plugin. 

The profiles using this text are not flagged. Does the autoflag feature work for Profile-Text and direct messaging? 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter word to be autoflagged (like "Viagra")

2. Create a profile that has viagra in the about me section

3. Send messagest to other users using the word Viagra

4. Check admin settings and see the profile is not flagged as spam.
