when someone sign up with his or her twitter account , the profile picture does not appear in his or her profile.....as for facebook the profile pic is so tiny

Nap, are you using this plug in for twitter connect : http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/90 ? If yes, you will need to contact plug in developer and ask why pictures are not being displayed.
