and it is a Thailand IP not USA IP
Your plugin ip database is telling this is a USA IP ?

i see now that ip databases are not always correct and you can not bee sure what database that is correct 100%
if you need a very correct database you need pay for it i read but not sure about this at all

i test this ip 199.255.47.7.
it says USA in one databse and Japan in another database
was run it here https://www.iplocation.net/

need someone jump in here that expert on this because i feel this is not my area at all to say what databases is most updated...and what database is correct and what is wrong and so on...

i using this database https://db-ip.com/db/
but ip ranges sometimes changed and database from plugin is from
databse is from 01.2018, i try add update database option on next version
