Cannot turn off bottom global banner - Advertisement | Forum

This is a great plugin and even better that it is free. However, when I remove all adverts from the global list one at the bottom still remains even though it has been removed. Can you help please. Also, would it be possible to have individual pages from the global list to control whether adverts show on these pages.
