but i think this is not oxwall error, bcoz by turning on debug mode, it is same as before that was, :\

Hadi, you are right. Oxwall's 500 error always looks like in screen shots here http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/4661 . Have you contacted your hosting provider?
