I have transferred all files and the database, created a user for the new database and updated config.php
Everytime we access the site it comes up with the oxwall installation screen, any ideas?

The database configuration is wrong. That;s the only issue for sure.

I have checked the database name, I have checked the user name and password and it appears alright.
I did a straight transfer from one host to another, the only thing I had to do was create the database user and add it to the database. The user has the same details i.e username and password that appears in config.php
