It seems to be a problem with the anti-spammer plugin.  


When clicking on profile edit I get this message.

I have tried disabling the Watchdog plugin, there was no change.  I then disabled the Admin Toolbox where part of the conflict is.  It then allowed me onto the pages and did not show any debug error pages, however, it still sent me to a blank page with the 500 error on it and I still had to use the browser back button to go to the profile page or the profile edit page.  I will now reset it as original with these plugins operational for you to check yourself.  Should you need admin permissions let me know and I will set them for a while.  Obviously because I have set up the user account for you and published it in here I cannot leave them set indefinitely.  Regards Steve

The problem is simple. it caused by awards and antispammer plugins. Are you able to enter the admin panel? Because I can't. You need to delete these two plugins from Cpanel and them from DB. 

I did a reinstall of a backup from the beginning of January and the site is ok now, the problem is, I am now worried about doing all of the 8 updates.  If I do the updates to the plugins, they may not work again and I will have a mega headache to sort out.  Of course that will pee off my members again when the site is down.

Modern, please deactivate all third-party plugins and update all native plugins one-by-one.
