2 Problems in source code is

I want to change its to

How can i do ???
It"s still shown this code in my site. It's effect for chrome browser ,The browser will always shown the menu google translate.

The default Function in Chrome Browser will popup to translate . I dont solve this problem by close chrome function .It 's better that I can change both line to my local language and the correct iso tags.

how do i change this to "th" ??
