If you visit the oxwall section of online users it will say for example there are 100 users online. If you view someone who is offline i.e doesnt appear in the online section they have a green dot on there profile picture still, if that user is on your friends list it will give you the option to chat now etc. So for some reason its making every profile page you view appear online.

Other than that this is still a very good plugin and your support is very quick :)
