Is there a way to set everyones email notifications to a default setting chosen by the site admin. For example we dont need our server to send out an email each time someone makes a comment or like. We're trying to bring down the amount of emails our server sends out.
Any suggestions?

Michael, currently this kind of setting doesn't exist within the admin panel.
You will need to modify source code of the plugins to remove certain notifications.
You can also suggest this improvement to UserVoice.
