Plugin Conflicts - Profile Cover | Forum

Purusothaman Ramanujam
Hi,

Came to know just some time back that there is a conflict between this plugin and my plugin mentioned below.

http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/522

I would like to know how we could solve this, so that both these plugins work fine.

Hello,

Could you explain which part of these plugins are in conflict. Please provide me a brief information of your plugin. How is it integrated in the profile view page.

The plugin enables the customization of the profile page based on the user roles. So it uses the component_panel file. I believe your plugin also uses the same process.

As your plugin is already activated and when my plugin in activated, there is a contention as it tries to re-declare the same class again.

Ok, got it. I will remove this dependency from my plugin after release of the next core update (1.5.2).

Thanks for that.
