My site does not send confirmation code as shown in the screenshot below:

That's strange. On my site I see this even when no verification mail is actually delivered.

You don't see the form ( like in your screen shot) at all?
Or you see it, but the email is not sent?

I am receiving below mentioned notification every 5 minutes, maybe it is because of this.
"Could not open input file: /home/triskeli/public_html/ow_cron/run.php"

Rainier, this means that CRON is not working on your site. Please check whether run.php exist under the specified location.

Also copy and paste us your command line from your cron setup, you may need to use another method

What cron command you are using? Contact your host to get the actual command. It changes from host to host.

Geovali, there could be several reasons.
Search our forum. There are a lot of topics discussing this issue.
Most common reasons:
1. You have not set your email under setting>>main settings
2. There is a problem on your mail server.
3. Try enabling SMTP : http://docs.oxwall.org/...ttings:main-settings
4. Emails are sent to the SPAM box.
5. CRON is not set properly.
