i have read the terms many times because theres so many plugins and dev in the store that break the terms
i have sent plenty of mails to oxwall store moderators with proof or store policy breaches
scams and so much more and they have done nothing about any of it  

it even seams like scaffer is use some the plugins on skadate and making the dev sign contracts stating to never be able to fix plugins in the oxwall store

i have never ever seen anything to do with licence for plugins or themes to be only for one domain

OK well I finally found it - buried in the terms of the OSCL clause 2 

Next question is - when was this added?  I certainly don't remember seeing it before, as I tend to check these things first.

OSCL terms and clauses has never been changed, we did not add anything to it.
