Getting unlicensed plugin emails | Forum

All of my plugins have been updated and ive added the license info in the plugins that have requested it. I surely hope they get this together and dont shut down anything in error.

I am getting similar message...
Unlicensed Oxwall plugin/theme
I have checked in the plugin and theme area and can't find anything to cause this email. Can someone advise me?

Do you use one plugin at several domains/ip? If not, please reset your IP in the "my purchases" section of the store.

The emails are still coming, reset the ip, it doesn't show any alerts on the site, the email doesn't mention which plugin is causing the problem.

Yes, running skadate, emails say oxwall. All my plugins are licensed, www.southernmeet.com

Contact Skadate Support team, the issue is only on Skadate side. We do not provide assistance to Skadate clients
