I think you are the only one who can solve this problem for every adult dating website.
Is it possible to make a plugin which could be based on this one? It is very important for adult dating websites, that users upload pictures which can be marked as ADULT. These pictures should have a pixelated preview pictures (maybe this works with watermark and a half transparent pixelated png picture)  and can be viewed by chosen user groups.
