Michael, this can be done in the html file. Here is the path: /advertisement/views/components/ads.html . 

I  have deleted "advertisement" in  /advertisement/views/components/ads.html. but still advertisement is shown

Surendra,  are you sure that you've saved the changes after editing .html file?  I have rechecked and tested on my Oxwall installation and "advertisement" word was deleted.
